Test for the identification of Gram-negative, oxidase-negative bacteria. The Entero Pluri-test system consists of 12 raction chambers containing selective growthmedia. These media allow for the identificationand characterization of Enterobacteriaceae andother Gram- and Oxidase-negative bacteria,isolated from clinical or environmental specimen.The design of the systems allows to infect allreaction chambers at once. The analysis of 15 biochemical reactions by color change of the media takes place 18-24 Std. after incubation at 36 ± 1 °C deriving a code which is compared with the codebook.
