The eight-fold 8x dispenser from Becton Dickinson allows the application of 8 antibiotic plates evenly spaced on 90mm culture medium plates.
The dispenser is easy to clean. It comes with a box so that it can be stored in the refrigerator with little volume, including the inserted antibiotic plate cartridges.
Only cartridges from Becton Dickinson (BD) fit into the dispenser. For plates from Mast or Oxoid, please use the corresponding dispensers from the respective manufacturer (also available at AUROSAN)
Note: EUCAST recommends applying only 6 plates to 90mm Petri dishes. Lt. EBM, however, at least 8 antibiotics must be tested in the basic antibiogram (including lead substances)!
