Pneumotrac Spirometer with RMS (MIP, MEP, SNIP)
The Pneumotrac™ with RMS (Respiratory Muscle Strength) is a PC-based system that combines respiratory muscle strength measurements and spirometry. It combines several testing options in a single device that is just as mobile as your laptop. It is suitable for various areas of application and can be used in combination with a laptop, for example in clinic examination rooms or on a trolley right next to the hospital bed.
In addition to detailed spirometry tests, it allows easy measurement of mouth and nasal pressure in adults and children to:
Assessment of Diaphragmatic Weakness in Patients With Neuromuscular Disease (NMD)
Assessing respiratory muscle strength in patients being treated for respiratory diseases such as COPD
Monitoring response to respiratory muscle training
