DNA fragmentation of sperm – detect breaks in the DNA strand of sperm quickly and reliably. With the in-gel denaturation technology, this only takes 40 minutes including coloring. In addition, the clear presentation reduces subjectivity in manual evaluation.

• DNA denaturation reagent - hydrochloric acid, 2 mL 
• Lysis solution - reducing agent, 15 mL 
• Staining solution A - Wright-Giemsa dye, 14 mL 
• Staining solution B - phosphate, 14 mL 
• Agarose gel microcentrifuge tube - low melting point agarose gel, 50 µL 
• Microcentrifuge tubes with agarose gel (for quality control) - low melting point agarose gel, 0.3 mL 
• Pretreated slides - Agarose gel with normal melting point 
• Float - F 6 cm
