The Euronda Aquafilter 3G easily supplies demineralized water (aqua dem) for RDG, sterilizer or other device.
It can continuously supply one or two autoclaves (devices) with demineralized water in parallel via the fixed water connection. If the water level drops, the water tank is automatically refilled. Water can also be withdrawn manually for other purposes at the push of a button.
The quality of the treated water complies with the EN 13060 standard for small sterilizers.
Filter performance: up to 60l/h / Dimensions: W 39 cm x H 46 cm x D 15 cm / Weight: 7.2 kg (empty) / 8.8 kg (filled) / Can be installed standing or wall hanging.
Low throughput system. Alternative systems available for high throughput.
How the water filter works
Ion exchange principle: Mixed bed resins in the water filter exchange contaminating ions (e.g. calcium Ca2+, magnesium Mg2+, etc.) for hydrogen (H+) and hydroxide ions (OH-). This is important for reprocessing, as the exchanged ions behave neutrally towards the sterile items and the sterilization device. For various laboratory devices, demineralized water prevents calcification and reduces the risk of contamination. The manufacturer's requirements must be carefully observed in order not to jeopardize guarantee or warranty claims.
Replacing the mixed-bed resin cartridges is simple and time-saving and is signaled by an indicator light that shows the reduction in filter performance.
