The Euroseal® Valida enables validated and standard-compliant sealing processes.
All sealing data (time, pressure, temperature) and the sealing result are saved on an SD card and can be transferred or accessed via network (LAN or WLAN). Working with the Euroseal® Valida enables different types of packaging to be supported by, in addition to Standard sealing temperature and a free temperature setting is also available. The variable, height-adjustable double roll holder holds up to 6 rolls of different widths at the same time. Mounted on the device as standard, it can alternatively be attached to the wall to save space. The sealing process is supported visually and acoustically during the process and result, so that incorrect welds can be easily identified and conformity to standards according to EN 17665-1, EN 11607-2 and EN 868-5 is ensured. With a long-standing partner company, we support you in the implementation of the first and further validations of your film sealing device so that your processing complies with the RKI guidelines and is verifiable.
