The non-sterile 96-well Deep V-well Microplate has an 8.3mm square aperture and an individual well capacity of 2.2ml. The microplate is manufactured from tough, DMSO-resistant polypropylene and has a printed alphanumeric index with an orientation notch at position H1. It meets the SBS standard for the dimensional requirements of the footprint of a microplate. This makes it suitable for use with automated systems. The microplate measures 127.76mm in length, 85.85 mm in width and 44.45mm in height. Each of the 96 has a V-shaped base to minimise dead volume. The microplate can be easily covered with sealing films or with the Microplate Sealing Mat (Catalogue No. LW9465). The microplates are certified RNase, DNase DNA and Pyrogen free. Sterile microplates are further e-beam irradiated. The non-sterile 96-well Deep V-well Microplates are supplied in a pack of 10.
